"First of all, you have to work hard. Be honest and pay your taxes. Taxes are good in Bulgaria, if you make a profit, there is not much difference with those in the United States," Dionisiev said.
He also shared his experience in investing abroad.
"You have to have more experience, knowledge and acquaintances. I have had many investments abroad. You have to know that everywhere is different, but with experience everything works out. There are differences in the economic climate, for example the profit is different. People are more educated about business in other countries because of more opportunities. But in general people are the same everywhere. There are advantages in the USA for example, everything is faster and you have help from the government, in Bulgaria it is not like that. That's one of the reasons we're further behind."
Dionisiev looks to Walt Disney if he's for an example of a successful businessman.
"I have spoken to many people from the heights of business. Maybe one person has made an impression on me, Walt Disney. He has made a name out of nothing. He had an idea of what he wanted to do and he was able to make a successful business just from that idea. Fantastic guy," he stressed.
He also commented on some of his speculations about the Bulgarian economy.
"The problem is not to make a assumption, but who will listen. People in parliament think they are elected to make decisions. They think others should not make decisions. They think they are liberals but they are not, they think more conservatively. Now I believe that there will be rash decisions that will end badly, I do not see a good future for Bulgaria. The problems are economic."
