Bulgaria has a government, the mandate is handed over on Monday

Bulgaria has a government and a majority to make constitutional changes. This is what Acad. Nikolay Denkov, candidate for prime minister of "We continue the change-Democratic Bulgaria", reports BGNES.

Acad. Denkov said that on Monday at 11 o'clock they will return an executed mandate to President Rumen Radev.

Maria Gabriel read out a joint declaration prepared with Acad. Denkov, which aims to defend the rights of the administration.

"Every Bulgarian citizen wants to live in a country whose institutions are stable. Apart from the laws and norms, this depends on the people who work in the institutions. They have to be professionals, we stand behind every single employee in the administration who meets the criteria and has proven with his work that he protects the interests of the citizens and the state," said Maria Gabriel.

"Our programme envisages working hard on the adoption of laws by the National Assembly for a transparent and accountable administration, ensuring continuous monitoring and feedback to citizens, quality guaranteed services for citizens. All public servants who carry out their duties in a politically neutral manner and are aligned with the laws of the land can rest assured of their fulfillment. Our actions will be guided by the rule of law," Maria Gabriel further underlined. /BGNES
